Level of Service Options

Full Service

A premium level of support resulting in extremely high rates of student success and satisfaction which includes up to 13 hours of synchronous video conferencing between student and teacher above and beyond the prompt, frequent and personalized asynchronous communication of Basic Service.

Basic Service

An excellent level of support resulting in very high rates of student success and satisfaction for students who are strong independent learners, and have both online learning experience and in-person support available. NCE teachers are committed to providing prompt, frequent and personalized asynchronous communication to all their Basic Service students.

IMPORTANT:
1. No refunds available after registration is complete.
2. In most cases, once registration is complete (including payment), courses will be up and running within 4-5 business days. In rare circumstances it may take up to 3 weeks. Feel free to email office@nimbuseducation.ca for further specifics.
